| Installation
and Training |
When it's convenient to have
our designer or operations manager install your breakfast as
designed for your hotel, we are happy to do so for a fee of $295 plus
travel expenses. At the time of installation, we will train your
breakfast bar attendants in counter presentation, pantry organization,
waste control and general duties... the purpose being for your hotel to
have a decided edge with the breakfast you serve.
As part of this service, we will photograph your finished breakfast
presentation and have the photos enclosed in heavy-duty plastic so they
may be posted on the pantry wall. This becomes "show &
tell" and promotes consistency. |

order to you overnight, or by 2-day or 3-day delivery at an increased
cost. The additional cost is based on weight. Please call us for quotes.
BR1, BR2, and BR3 pitcher only orders will be shipped at actual freight

Policy |
From time to time, you may
find it necessary to return an item that you purchased. Regardless of
the reason, CBC is happy to exchange the item or give you credit under
the following conditions:
- You call us for an authorization number.
- All items are received in saleable condition
- The authorization number is on the box
Special Note: If CBC sent you the wrong product or one that's
defective, call us and we'll issue a "call tag" to have it
returned to us at CBC expense. If you return an item due to no fault of
CBC, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
Unauthorized Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge
plus original shopping costs. Special "direct ship" items are
not returnable unless received broken or defective. |

| Yes... they are frustrating,
but sometimes unavoidable. At anytime, CBC can run out of an item due to
heavy demand or difficulty in the manufacturing process. It doesn't
happen often, but when it does, rest assured that the item will be
forwarded immediately upon receipt. |
